Battlements lofty in the sky
Eternal circle drawn on high
He watches who knows words of power
Gazing from hollow windy tower
.....And I dreamed he called my name
.....To rise one night by candle flame

Twin iron shields, they are his eyes
Immutable like some disguise
Secrets inside the Tower of Winds
Unrolling endlessly within
.....“Stretch forth your hand now, and hold the past
.....Unlock your heart, its heavy clasp
.....The moment is all time at once
.....There is the world you thought was lost”
So he smiled a mystic smiling
And all at once my soul was spinning
Back to the Earth and into my bed
To contemplate what he had said
Sometimes I dream with a mystic grin
And sail up to the Tower of Winds
Fly away
